On August 27, Britcham members and guests met at the headquarters of FIEMG (Federation of Industries of the State of Minas Gerais), in Belo Horizonte (MG), to discuss the main investment and competitiveness opportunities in the capital of Minas Gerais. In partnership with InvestBH and Invest Minas, the event offered a comprehensive and diversified program, focused on exploring competitive advantages and investment opportunities in Minas Gerais, with a special emphasis on Belo Horizonte. Participants had the opportunity to gain an in-depth look at the Decarbonisation Route and TSX Invest's IPA Methodology, developed to enhance investment attraction. The program also included a technical visit to Órbi Conecta, one of the main hubs for innovation and digital entrepreneurship in the state, offering those present a practical perspective on the vibrant innovation ecosystem of Minas Gerais. The event was moderated by Thomas Nemes, regional director of Britcham Minas Gerais, and was attended by the director of the British Consulate, Maria Bueno; and the president of the International Relations Council of FIEMG, Alexandre Mello.
