The Legal, Tax & Regulatory Committee of the British Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Brazil (Britcham), led by Leonardo Martins (Machado Meyer) and Paulo Tedesco (Mattos Filho), promoted a webinar to discuss Provisional Measure 1.152/2022, published on 29 December, which deals directly with so-called transfer pricing: the sale value that companies use to export their goods to their subsidiaries in other countries. This is an important step towards Brazil's entry into the OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development), one of the pillars of the work that Britcham has been developing in Brazil.
